We have friends who were here, and we were playing Ticket to Ride during the call. The guy offered NOTHING for the tour, not a single dollar, and just scheduled it for 3/13. I am more than a little miffed. I am not obligated to this person for $0 to go on a timeshare presentation. I received the email, emailed him back saying I didn't schedule this and to cancel it. He has yet to get back to me, and it's been 3 days ago.

This is unbelievable. I am angry enough to go this afternoon to yell at someone.

So a concierge called you when you are not even on property to book a tour at Nanea? And you won't be on property at South until after 3/13? That seems so weird.

When we checked in, the concierge didn't even offer us an owner update because we had one in November.

He might be trying to earn extra commission for signups. Not ethical. We had a presentation recently at another Vistana property and looked at our tour sheet. It said we had attended a presentation at WKORV when we visited 2 years ago. We signed up but cancelled due to a family tour. Strange that it was still there but the commission may be why. Perhaps same person? or a practice used at that sales office?

Also, I have met a Morgan here before. Not sure of his last name. He was at Nanea when it first opened, then I saw him here at South in November. The Morgan I met was very nice. He is fairly young, and told me in November that he had just come back to work after having recently recovered from emergency heart surgery after being medevaced to the mainland. This Morgan never seemed pushy. Hopefully this was a different Morgan.
