Hello. I am considering buying a premium studio at Westin Lagunamar that is being handled by Holiday week. Is anyone familiar with this company? I like the low maintenance fees because my two Marriotts have very expensive maintenance fees. It will be my husband and me traveling alone. When/if our children want to travel with us we would rent them a unit. All advice is appreciated.
 
@Trudyt623 If that is the week listed in the TUG newsletter, I believe that it has sold

The studio is okay, but the room only has a queen bed. The maintenance fees are low because, well, it is only a studio. Your only option is to use it at Lagunamar or exchange through Interval International. It won't convert to Abound Club Points out of the gate.

Depending on when you want to travel, Lagunamar is an easy trade through II. Getaways are plentiful at certain times of the year too.

Not sure about the "premium" part. There is only one studio, being the B side of a 2 bedroom LO.
