Westin Kierland Timeshare vs Resort Hotel?

Looking at an exchange to Westin Kierland TS.
2BR with Kitchen.

As a guest of the TS side do the guests of the TS have access to all the amenities of the Westin Kierland Resort?
Particularly interested in the Lazy River and the Spa?

Also with respect to the 2 BR with Kitchen is there a full oven the Kitchen?

Guests at The Westin Kierland Villas can use the pool at lazy river at the Westin Kierland Resort hotel. No spa access other than paid spa services. There are no ovens in any of the units at Westin Kierland Villas. Neither the large nor small 1BR. The two make up a 2BR lock off.
