Westin Ka'anapali - Sunset Cruise recommendation?

We traded in to the Westin Ka'anapali and we've never been. Can anyone recommend a sunset cruise?

The Trilogy dinner cruises are great. Unfortunately you can no longer sail from Lahaina, but you can from Ma’alaea.

Trilogy sails out of Ka'anapali Beach again, at least according to an email I received a few weeks ago. I highly recommend them. We have sailed with them every year since the 1990s. When I last looked, they were booking for Deluxe Sunset Sailings, etc. Mine was cancelled after the fire, but then they opened up again so I was tempted to rebook, but haven't yet.

I also enjoy the Gemini off Ka'annapali beach. geminicharters.com I've been with them MANY times.

We've done both a sunset and whale watching off Kaanapali beach with Trilogy and Gemini and enjoyed them. Like anything involving the elements you are going to be at the mercy of the weather. I wouldn't set your expectations too high with regards the food. It's OK but don't expect a personal chef to be attending to your every whim, it's mass produced, pre-prepped rations. If the cocktails aren't 'watered down' then my tolerance of alcohol is far greater than I ever imagined

In our case, we were 'given' the tickets as our 'reward' for attending the Owners Update. If I'd paid for them out of my own pocket I don't think I'd feel I was getting good value for money.

Definitely. We go on one or more every trip and honestly all the companies are great. We have not experienced a bad one. We prefer smaller catamarans, not a huge fan of crowds.

For the experience I would definitely do the whale watching again.
