For the past several days I have received the email below (I've taken out my ID number.). They haven't yet received proxy voting authorizations from the requisite (15%) of Westin Flex owners, and if they don't get them in the next few days, it will be expensive for the Association which will impact all of our maintenance fees in a bad way.
So if you own Westin Flex and haven't completed the online proxy this year, please check your email (and spam folder, if necessary) and do so today. By not doing so you are hurting yourself and your fellow owners.
Dear Westin Flex Owner:
As of today, quorum has not been met for the 2025 Annual Meeting of Flex Collection Owners Association, Inc. The meeting is scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m., Arizona time, on November 4, 2025, at The Westin Kierland Villas, Scottsdale, 15620 North Clubgate Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85254. To hold a valid meeting of the membership, the Association must reach quorum, which requires the presence, either in person or by proxy, of 15% of the votes of all members of the Association.
To help the Association achieve quorum, the voting deadline has been extended. The new deadline to submit your Proxy is 11:59 p.m., Eastern time, on Monday, November 3, 2025.
The internet procedures are designed to authenticate your electronic submission by use of a personal control number. To submit your Ballot via Sodali’s on-line proxy voting system, please click on proxy-vote.net/vacationclub. At the site, you must enter the following control number: XXXXXXXXXXX. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF YOUR CONTROL NUMBER AS THIS INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE ONLY THROUGH SODALI.
