Thanks for the info - most Westin SVOs have this same look nowadays.

Anybody have a guess about when these would go onsale? I'm currently considering purchasing a WMH and then requalifying it with the purchase of something small from the developer. I guess an alternative for me would be to pick up some other SVO resale and buy DW. I have 17 months left on an explorer package option. Any general thoughts or advice? Do you think that the amenitites are likely to be better at DW than WMH?

Call SVO Direct sales and ask - when I was inquiring last year - they said sales would start around this time.

IMO (and for you SVO lurkers -please don't read this...) - I would not buy WDW because it is a V resort, the location is not that unique, and there is alot of other TS competition and other units in the area. The potential % loss in value would be too much for me to accept.

I agree David, I also would not purchase here. However, I bet its going to be a fantastic resort!!

Let's not forget that Westin Desert Willow will be connected with a brand new "W" hotel.

Who cares if it's V or M.....when you are having a drink at the "W" bar scene.
