I am looking to do a FREE deed transfer of my vacation ownership with Westgate Vacation Villas Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, all within minutes of popular Orlando theme parks and attractions like Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios!

Yearly maintenance fee of US$ 1,351
Fixed Annual Week #34 in August (August 22nd – August 29th, 2025), additional fees of US$150 to book any other week (except busy holidays)
Mortgage paid in full


*800 Square Feet property

*2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; sleeps up to 8 Guests (1 King Bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, 2 Double Beds)
