Westgate Town Centre - FREE to a good home

Hi,
I have a 2bd 2bth week at the lovely Westgate Town Centre in Florida close to Universal Studios. There are loads of facilities on site including 13 heated pools, hot tubs and childrens playgrounds. The unit sleeps six people and had a marble hot tub in the master bathroom, leather furniture and the biggest TV we have ever seen! We have had some fantastic holidays here but the family is now grown up and we no longer use it.

I have week 2 but this is a floating week and can be used during a variety of weeks during the year. The usage is yearly and there is no mortgage or any other outstanding fees on the TS. It comes debt free. I am more than happy to pay the $840 for MF 2011 and maybe we can discuss closing fees.

Anyone seriously interested in owning this or have any questions please email me and we can discuss this further.
