You can't advertise in the forums unless you are giving it away. Resale value is probably closer to $0 than what you owe. Resale owners are restricted to reserving their weeks to either 60 or 90 days prior and can only reserve the off season weeks due to availability. For that reason resales at that resort have no value. Good luck.

No one is ever going to pay off your loan for you.... Consider getting it paid off and then try advertising here on TUG or consider giving it away.

As was said above it is really worth nothing. And worth even less with a loan balance.
