I just tried to signing to the Hilton Web Site for former DRI Members with no success. Is it down or has it changed locations/name?

They've been having trouble for a few days now but now it appears to be totally down.
Hopefully it is because they are finally fixing the issues.
 
The DEX EU site is down and so is the HGVC site
 
up this morning, but seems to be limping for some of it's functionality.
 
HVC Site is still having major problems. I called in and those folks are having the same problems.
