We got Park City!

Welp we did it again! So we have always wanted to own at Park City. In fact early on in our ownership in 2015, we regretted walking away from a platinum annual at Park City ha, I don’t remember the price but I remember us agreeing to walk before the update and then both of us after going… oh man we would use that. But funny enough in 2019 we had moved to SLC so we were able to use our current points for a “staycation” and honestly didn’t need it. I always kept an eye out, but platinum seasons were slim and pricey. then we moved away and last year did an airbnb off mountain and hated it. This year I booked the Waldorf for five nights with free night certificates, but we both are like we keep going we should seriously consider it. So I started throwing offers out there to see what sticks. Just cleared ROFR for a 2br+ 13440 annual platinum. Took about two weeks from offer to ROFR waiver. $6000 purchase price (plus closing). 2025 points won’t go to ski season but will close in time to hit the ski season home weeks in 2026. Woohoo! Would have loved a Presidents’ Day fixed week but those I just can’t bring myself to pay for when they pop up ha.

Sunrise lodge only has a winter platinum season, so platinum is during ski season.
