Was looking at Summit at Massanutten and got this message.. !!!

"This resort only allows travel once in 3-5 years."

i thought it was once in 4 years,, not this 3-5.. there was a number to call but thought this was weird.. it's the same for Woodstone ..
Has it changed or if you call them it can be overridden for 3 yrs or so.. ??

any one had this experience they could share??

Here is what I have personally experienced
I was able to book Woodstone this past February
Regal vistas this past month
The RCI representative said the rule applies to the section but also to the points and weeks accounts.
Example since I used weeks to book Woodstone
I cannot book that area again for 3 more years
But if I use points I can
Also if you use getaways there are no restrictions
To test this theory I booked Woodstone using my other account for this January and it went through without any difficulty

Also
They have multiple sections
So it wouldn’t be difficult to book there every year
Example
Year 1 Woodstone
Year 2 Summit
Year 3 Eagle Trace
Year 4 Regal Vistas
