Most people likely already do this, but just a reminder that if you are logging into your Wyndham online account, and are using something other than your personal computer- ensure that you use some type of incognito browser and CLOSE that entire browsing window when you log out...

I have had two members contact me over the last month to report an issue, where Wyndham is evidently using cookies to "hold" log in information- even after someone has logged out.. Both people showed me live video of them logging in to their account using their login information, and then entering the double verification code- only to have the system log them into a completely different person's account and give them complete access.

The second time this happened, the other person was still in the Wyndham lobby, and my caller was able to confirm that they had just used the shared computer and that they had logged out and closed down the individual window with the Wyndham page. However, they did not close out the entire browser- just that window.

Nothing happened in this instance- but there are plenty of people who are hateful enough that if they got access to your page they wouldn't just log off and shut down... If you aren't in the habit of automatically doing this- I'd recommend you work on it....
