Go to WM Memberships for Sale. This is a website for and by Worldmark owners. Look through to determine how much you will likely get. Note the price for fully loaded memberships vs the price for ones where the available credits have been rented out. If you decide to rent out the credits first, there is also a thread devoted to that.

You can give it away here. Also check if it’s a NHK account - can sell for a lot of money.

If not one of the original No Housekeeping Accounts Worldmark Credits are selling for 10 cents or less per Credit. Checkout www.wmowners.com.

Place an add in the free timeshare section of Tug or give it back to Worldmark. Unless I had a clue of who was taking my giveaway timeshare I would give it back to Worldmark because Wyndham is taking over six months to process these and in that time the person that wanted it could change their mind and you are back to where you started from.

These memberships are worthless now days, imo. The last two I took over were totally free.

You can put in a deposit on the contract equal to 6 months of maintenance fee (or something similar) to cover yourself if someone changes their mind.

How does that work ? You would need to pay for escrow ?
