Redweek currently has two available 11/22 check in dates @ Barony and four available 11/22 check in dates @ Surfwatch.

With check in eight days away then I would offer less than any of them are currently asking. If they don't receive your offer then the owners may be looking at it going vacant (and not obtaining a nickel to offset their expenses).
