I see a listing for your dates on Redweek but it costs more than 10 times the amount in this forum. A 3 BR with DPs costs 10,325 points for a week during that time period. That is between $6000 and $7000 a week. You might want to post this listing in the Marriott Vacation Club forum, if you haven’t already. Maybe someone there a large amount of excess points and is willing to book this for you at the market rate.

Oops, just noticed the listings are for 4-5 nights only. I have noticed it can be hard to get a full week through Redweek for Ritz Carlton.
