I am cleaning out my closet and I found this Walt Disney World First Time Visit pin dated 1997 in an old shoe box; that we received when we took our grand daughter to Disney World. Is Disney World still doing this practice?.

Yes. They have buttons for things like first visits and celebrations. They even walk around with a cart now at the main entrance so people can easily get the buttons without going to City Hall.
