Does anyone have any information about Walk Away Insurance being sold at Hacienda Encantata? Property Solutions company said the Walk Away Insurance was part of my contract and they offer 75% of the Value of my TS as a buyback if I pay closing fees of $3200 upfront. Is this another scam?

ETA: Re-reading the OP, if they offer 75$ of the VALUE of the contract, this might be accurate, since the contract on the open market has NO VALUE, they're safe and $3200 richer.

You can't buy insurance after the fact. Insurance against making bad financial decisions does not exist.
It's best to accept the reality and work on giving away /selling your TS or cut your losses and walk away. You can list your TS for sale or to give away here. You will probably need to contribute to transfer fees but it is likely less than $3,200.

My bigger question would be about this company Property Solutions. How did you come to hear of them? These "closing fees of $3200 upfront", to whom would you pay them (don't do it by the way because, as others have clearly pointed out, this is a scam)? Did you actually buy a property (or contract) at Hacienda Encantata? If so, how long ago?
Is there something else you are trying to accomplish with your contract?
