Waikiki timeshares, giving away [Hawaiian Sun Holidays at the Waikiki Banyan]

I'd like to give away one or both of two of my Waikiki timeshares ($693 mf, 35-49 TPU's) at the Hawaiian Sun Holidays at the Waikiki Banyan. One annual, one every even year. Both are 1-bedroom, float year-round, and come with a free parking space. Use expires 2035. I'd like the new owner to pay closing costs, and I've pre-paid the 2022 mf so would also like that fee reimbursed. They're currently reserved for 2 consecutive July 2022 weeks, which can be changed subject to availability.

Price reduced. Offering either or both the annual or biennial ownership for closing costs only ($391 each paid directly to LT Transfers; covers doc prep, recording, mailing fee, resort transfer fee). Free 2022 use included, with annual ownership currently reserved for July 9-16 2022, biennial reserved for July 16-23 2022.
