VV Williamsburg - insights needed please!

hey I'm kind of in the same position- I'm in the process of a 2 bed lock off transfer but the listing is unclear with the title saying 2 bed lock off but then noting that it locks off into 2 2 beds. the MF for this year are 1021. I asked the owners and they say ins a 2 bed that locks off into 2 1 bedroom units. the contract notes 2 bedroom as well. I've had feedback that those are the mf for a 4 bed though. I wonder if the listing description was a copy/paste error but I'm hoping not. Can i ask how much your mf are this year?

You need to get an estoppel before closing the deal and make 100% certain. And in some places you can own a 4BR EOY but they give you a 2BR EY and that can lead to confusion on the part of the owner.

So the transfer has been sent to a title transfer company already, and the contract said 2brY from the company. i also called vv williamsburg and they said the Y meant it was 2 1 beds that combine into a 2bed.

re: estoppel, im waiting on paperwork from the transfer company- would the estoppel be in that i wonder. the contract noted no mortgage remaining, what the maint fees are, the yearly use and the fixed week.
i wonder if that was the estoppel actually.
