Vistana Website - Request Timeout

Is anyone else having/had any issues with booking weeks via the Vistana website? When I booked in February, there were tons of issues. Today, I went to book online, and I immediately received the following message:

Request Timeout​

We're sorry. It seems we are experiencing a system issue. Please try again.

Retry Search

Please let me know what I need to do to get past this - I have a mac and I am using Chrome, but I received the same message using Safari.
 
Happens all the time - crappy website.

First try again immediately. I've had it work the second or third time annoyingly frequently.

If that doesn't work, I set a timer for 5 minutes and try that for an hour.

If that doesn't work, once an hour.
 
I will try what you have suggested. Thank you.
 
Sometimes using a different browser works.
 
Or deleting all cookies and settings for the site, closing and re-opening the browser, and then accepting all cookies on that site
 
It’s been bad ever since the backend was merged with MVC.
