If I find a seller of a non mandatory location, would it be possible to keep the staroptions if I am just added as an owner and then maybe a year later drop the seller as an owner?

I've seen reports from people who tried that once the original owner drops off the StarOptions/VSN access does as well. The exception is if the new person on the deed is the child of the previous owner.
A question many would like to have answered. If anyone knows it works I doubt they are going to post it here. When these kinds of loopholes get exposed, they quickly get closed.
