You can reserve a week at your home resort and rent it out if that is what you mean. Lots of people do that. Places like Westin Kierland can rent at or over MF in prime season.

You can't sell StarOptions because they are just an internal trading currency within Vistana associated with your underlying ownership. Vistana only sold deeded weeks or home options trust ownership like Sheraton and Westin Flex.
