Vistana MF. Defaults w/o optional ARDA

My SDO & WKV MFs defaulted when paying to the amount excluding the optional ARDA, so hopefully it will not show $10 balance after payment is processed.

Greetings luv_maui,
Mine also defaulted to the amount excluding the optional $10 ARDA and that lesser amount is what I paid. When I go to my Vistana dashboard and, on the right side, click on "View Statement & Make Payments", it shows a "MAINTENANCE FEE BALANCE" of $0.00 for each of my 2026 Vistana VOIs. However, when I go back to the dashboard, and click on "External Exchange", and then select any of those same 2026 Use Year VOIs, it shows "Fees Due $10.00" !! I was, however, able to successfully deposit the VOIs with Interval.

SAme ol' problem. I am sick of this issue. I have some that are showing $10 due from last year. I am a pretty stubborn person and won't be paying those. It's always my SBR.
