Vistana External Transfer Form: transferee / buyer existing account number

We are in the middle of buying a WKORV and are signing documents. One of them is “Vistana Signature Experiences External Transfer Form” and we need to enter a “transferee(s) / buyer (s) existing account number”.

What is this number and where do I find it? We are of course hoping it is combined into our existing account that has our current WKORV unit, so we don’t need an additional login and can combine star options if needed.

What can we do to increase our chances of getting this new purchased combined into our existing account?

This should be the 13 digit account number and can be found on maintenance fee bills or in the URL of the page you go to when clicking through the Abound links to the MVC site. Each owner will have a number. So it might be best to use the number of the primary owner. It is also the number used to login to vote your proxy each year and will be on your notice of annual meeting letter that is sent with proxy voting information.

Don't use a contract number. Based on past experience, that doesn't work.

And MAKE SURE that the transfer gets titled ***EXACTLY*** the same as your existing Vistana or MVC ownership(s) – same order of names, same middle names or initials, it needs to be identical or you're going to have problems and they won't combine your ownerships into one account. Has to be absolutely identical.
