If you persist, it will finally succeed.
Until it fails on the next screen, "Verifying Eligibility".
If you keep retrying it will move on.
Seems like excessive load on the backend systems causing the "Timeouts".
It was consistently failing [including failing to authenticate my Login] due to the load.
About 30 minutes later things started improving and I was able to book a few WKV [FEB-14] almost 40 minutes past 9:00PM PST.
