Villa del Palmar questions

I am looking (slowly) to maybe purchase some villa points. I was wondering if someone would be able to shed some info as to how many points it takes for a studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms in the different seasons. Seasonal information would be very helpful as well. I assume Nov/Dec is less points than Feb/Mar/Apr. Also how long are points good for? Can they be saved for a while to stay in a larger unit or a better season? Any information is welcome. TIA

We were lucky last year to find a membership with two gold winter weeks in a two bed on the Tug free timeshare page. These two weeks were converted into 5,800 vpa points when we transferred ownership.

The point values are different regarding resort, unit type and season. Below is a link to the resorts, seasons and points required for the unit type. With a resale I know I can bank and borrow one years worth of points. I'm not certain if the five year bank and borrow applies to resale.
