Resorts Owned
Vidanta Mexico
We have owned a 2 bedroom suite since 2009 at vidanta resorts. Our last trip to nuevo vallarta was in 2018. What is the cost for 1 week and 2 weeks these days? And the fees. We never had to pay a fee.

Welcome to TUG

What Vidanta brand do you currently own ?
based on our purchase date of 2009 - you likely own Mayan Palace or Grand Mayan;
unless you subsequently upgraded .

Vidata MF / Usage fees are based on brand - unit size and the year bought or last upgraded

What do you define as "fees " - Your 2009 contract would have the "pay on use only" addendum.
You would pay the MF / Usage Fee for a week when you book your vacation week.

As an owner you do not pay a resort fee. Those are charged to exchangers only.
The only other fees are the hotel room taxes paid to Nayarit - Jalisco - Quntanna Roo etc. These are a few dollars a day.

As a reference point - Our 1 bedroom Mayan Palace(2006 purchase) will cost about $ 940 to book using the 2023 week(s).
It increased 8.2 % over 2022 - because Vidanta contracts use USA CPI as the metric for MF increases.
Contracts before 2010-11 renew in 25 years and have the every 5 year reno fee ( which I paid in 2022 / approx. $ 866)
so my "amortized 2023 cost will be approx. $ 1100.
