There are two check in phases. The first is to get you to your building. The second is to get your room at the building. Between these phases will be a guy trying to get you to attend a presentation. You can politely say no and no and no, lol.

Bill, I think you mean Grand Bliss instead of Bliss (which is very close to being Mayan Palace with different furniture). There are no Bliss units in NV (there are in RM). In my view, Grand Bliss at NV is the best place to be in Vidanta's NV.
