Hi there,

Longines timeshare owners that haven't been to the property in a few years. In the past we have gotten into taxis to go to Walmart/Jumbo to grab groceries for the trip and then had them delivered to our room after. With grocery delivery now becoming more common is this service offered in Nuevo Vallarta, can we get it delivered to the resort, and is there any tips and tactics that people (does the resort mind this).

Thanks in advance.

In Cancun we use Corner Shop by Uber. I don't know if it's available for your location.

The chedraui site seems easy to use and offers delivery. I am curious if anybody in NV used it staying at Vidanta. Seems to be in the delivery zone.

We've ordered groceries from Walmart online and had them ready for us to pickup in the past. That makes it pretty fast as they have it all ready when you arrive. Very smooth.

Their website does say they offer delivery now, but it wasn't available to select a delivery option when we were there (said we booked too late). I would also be interested in hearing if anyone has tried this, because a taxi both ways covers the Walmart delivery fee...

Vidanta NV has their own grocery-delivery service from La Plaza (name of Vidanta supermarket). I doubt if they allow competitor, i.e. Walmart, to enter the complex for delivery. And of course, La Plaza is more $$$ than Walmart.
