Hi Everyone, we recently purchased a new timeshare (fractional ownership lol) from Vidanta in NV. We got the “Legacy Park” level. I have two questions.

1. What does it mean to have the “White Season”

2. There are no Legacy Park Units developed in NV or RM that I’m aware of. Does anyone know exactly where they are building the units in NV?

I know we covered these in our marathon session (5 hours) but for the life of me I can’t remember.

I don't remember the name.of what they were trying to sell us last year. I do remember it was less than the Grand Luxxe level and we didn't want anything less than the GL level. Secondly, it wasn't built yet so we had to use something below the level of what we paid for which didn't make sense to me.
Vidanta is one of those properties that if you really want in, you have to rent (on II or from an owner), or you have to buy from the developer.
That being said, my advice to everyone who wants to buy a timeshare is: know what you are buying. It doesn't sound like you know what you are buying.
That means rescind if you are still in the window. Learn what you are buying and if you still want to proceed, they will gladly sell it to you again.

White season in the old RCI Red/White/Blue schema were the shoulder season/medium demand dates for that resort/area of the world.
I wish you luck!

All that matters is what is in your paperwork, not what anyone said.
