Vidanta exchange current 1/3 policy

I have II. I exchanged for a family trip at the Grand Luxxe Nueva Vallarta for March 2024. All good there. However, I have another exchange available and want to do a girls trip at Grand Luxxe Playa. Now, If I try to exchange for Grand Luxxe NV on II, I get a message saying I have exceeded my limit of exchanges. BUT, if I try to exchange for Grand Luxxe Playa, it will let me. I am worried it will get canceled because because of the 1 in 3 rule, but I am seeing a lot of people saying Vidanta's policies change all the time. I can't find anything from Vidanta on the 1/3 rule, and I have no clue why II stops me from exchanging 2 separate weeks at Grand Luxxe NV, but does not block me from booking one week at NV and a different week at Playa. I am worried that if I book the Playa week, one or the other will get canceled. Any advice?

The 1/3 rule is stated in the terms of the confirmation on II.

Confirmations into this property or into any Grand Luxxe, Grand Bliss, Grand Mayan, Mayan Palace, and The Bliss Resorts are limited to ONLY ONE WEEK per membership every THREE years. Confirmations not adhering to this restriction are subject to cancellation.

I assume they haven’t implemented the group rule logic, but this seems pretty clear to me.
