There are no legacy HGVC properties in the Vancouver area. If you own the Embarc flavor of HGVC there might be something. Otherweise you'd need to do an exchange via MAX or RCI. I don't know if you have MAX or even what is available in that area via MAX. You could also look at RCI for exchanges. Try the RCI resort directory at https://www.rci.com/pre-rci/us/en/resort-directory/list-view?xmlId=13852 and from the Region drop-down select British Columbia. On the subsequent page from that Region drop-down select Vancouver/Vancouver Island.

Nope. I own a SW FL HGVC. And don't want to deposit with RCI. Thanks, looks like cash stay for us.

you dont need RCI deposit to use RCI, points will be automatically withdrawed from your HGVC account

The ability to book RCI (points or weeks) without an advance deposit is one of the better attributes of legacy HGVC membership. It's almost like booking a hotel.
.

You could also convert your HGVC points into HHonour points

WorldMark has a place in Vancouver I would think you could exchange into via RCI, but I don't have an RCi account with my WM so can't check.

There is also embarc in Vancouver. You would have to exchange with an embarc owner as I don't think many get deposited. I own WM and embarc and although I like WM the embarc is definitely more upscale. They are across the street from one another and WM can access the gym facilities at the Sheraton Wall Center which is the location of the embarc.

I just made a 3 day reservation in May for Embarc Vancouver using cash at Booking Dot Com.

We are arriving by cruise, staying 3 days then fly home.

Was booking.com cheaper than booking direct with the hotel? I like booking.com for searches but have found that most of the time I get the same, or better, pricing by booking direct. And by booking direct many times you get additional perks, especially if you belong to their loyalty program.
