Valdoro Mtn Lodge Online Availability

Valdoro Mtn Lodge online availability showed completely no availability starting on June 24. Later a note was added to the resort page that Valdoro inventory was being upgraded between June 24 - June 27. Now the resort online inventory note has been changed to call CSR to book. I did call CSR a couple of days ago to add a day to a reservation that I was adjusting before the upgrade. The CSR wasn’t able to modify my reservation but was able to make a new reservation for one day.

I know that there have been reports of HGV upgrading resort inventory but I haven’t heard if other resorts having to call CSR in order to book/change bookings for that resort.

Folks have talked about this in the FB groups. Sounds like the system that Valdoro uses is being updated

Is it going to be available on online booking again? I afraid it’ll remain as CSR to book in future which I think very difficult to work with.

Theoretically that is their intention, though no timeframe has been given. For better or worse, phone calls to CSRs are the foreseeable future.
