I don't have a lot of details but it looks like Bluegreen has taken over one of the former Vail MVC resorts.
 
Is this it? Or do they already have a Bluegreen resort at Steamside?

I believe this is it. I didn't see any announcement that confirmed that but the address and location suggested to me it was the former MVC building. I didn't have any more info but hadn't seen it posted here so I though others might be interested.
 
Wasn’t that a 2022 Bluegreen acquisition?

That was my understanding but I didn't know it was this resort prior. They just started taking reservations through BG timeshare site.

Evergreen, Birch, and Douglas buildings were part of MVC. They are still listed on the MVC website for points reservation and show availability in March next year. Perhaps it was the other buildings at that location. I noticed this statement on their resort website: Please note this resort is part of a larger shared-use campus with other timeshare/hotel providers.

Yes- Aspen & Cedar are the other two. They were also a part of MVC at one time- but have not been since 2006. They were being managed by VRI, but now Bluegreen has taken over from VRI.

This page specifically mentions that the Bluegreen units are in Aspen & Cedar-
