The location is very close to Disney, right across the road from Celebration which has everything. Food/Grocery/Shopping all within minutes of the resort.

The next Maintenance Fee is Due 01/01/2025, Points get Deposited on 08/31/2025 but as soon as you get your invoice and pay your maintenance you have access to use the points for that calendar year

Might be willing to negotiate on sharing some closing costs for someone wanting to move forward. Been a few tire kickers but no one willing to actually get started. Have done this before and fairly familiar with the process if you have any questions

Friendly Bump. We are willing to pay for the $250 Transfer Fee to Vacation Village. Buyer responsible for LTT and RCI. These are RCI Points, good on that platform for many many destinations. If you bargain your points right you could get probably anywhere from 4 weeks and beyond with the 74,000.
