no mortgage on timeshare, have owned for 25 years and just not using it enough
-willing to transfer RCI points to whoever wants the time share (we have 2 years of points banked)

We will pay the closing costs associated with this (although i don't know what is involved). We are not using our timeshare and would like to give it to someone who would make use of it.
Maintenance fees 1200$ per year
