You would use the points to make an exchange - yes, there is an exchange fee + yearly membership fee.

Clarification: There are two kinds of RCI points - TPU (trading power units) and the original points system. With this timeshare, you would trade in RCI using TPU.

It has not been converted to RCI points...You could if you want to convert to points but if its RCI points you want, dont buy this...you will do better to visit ebay and buy something already converted to points.

This is a fixed week. You have several choices, either use it as its deeded, or deposit it to RCI and trade... or use half and deposit and exchange the other half and yes RCI has fees..an annual membership fee and exchange fees

This place does not, to my knowledge have an internal exchange program but

If you deposit both halves to RCI you will get 46 trading power units (TPU)...This place always seems to have availability and you can often trade back into the same resort for 8 TPU or less for a 1 bedroom...so one ownership can get you 5 or more weeks in a one bedroom

another big plus here is that they have a dog friendly building

if you deposit the one bedrooms separate your TPU might be higher

I have a July week - each side is 27

Not sure if that works with your week or NOT - perhaps an rCI rep can tell you

That's good information. I've been looking at this resort and meant to call to find out if they had some kind of internal exchange program.

I own there and didn't even know they had an internal exchange program. I tried it and everything is the same in RCI, just with a discount ($50 for Canadians, not $60....), like within the Starwood system. Now I can stay in Vegas for even cheaper!!!!

I am surprised at the amount of locations on the list!!!
