Biannual Maintenance Fees of $1242 paid through 12-31-2026.

Through our error, we extended last year's unused 74,000 points through September 30, 2025. Plus, the Next Year Use Points of 74,000 good through December 2026.

We will pay closing costs to transfer the deed to you.
