I've been to their offices and met with the principals. They are a middle man between Wyndham owners with excess points and folks that want to vacation at Wyndham resorts. And my impression is that they make a lot of money doing it

They are one of the 2-3 major players in the Bonnet Creek/Disney space---well known on DISboards with a good reputation from the renter's perspective. I have no idea what their program is for owners, or how the process works from that side of the house.
