Using Wyndham Access Points for Wyndham Resort at Avon

Hi - I'm fairly new and started looking into potentially acquiring some Wyndham points on the resale market. The primary resort I'd like to use them at is the Wyndham Resort at Avon (which I believe is 100% Presidential units) during ski season. We don't have to go Christmas/NY, but early Feb - mid Mar would be desirable.

Curious if anybody here has tried to use Access points at that particular resort? And if so, what was availability like? Since Avon isn't an Access resort, I can only make regular 10 month reservations, but no ARP 13 months or Presidential Reserve 14 months out. Afraid that nothing is left at the time I can make the regular reservations ...

I would guess exactly 10 months would have better availability, but I can tell you that right now, there's availability in a 2BR starting after MLK day through the end of February (minus 3-4 days of Presidents weekend). In March, both 1BR and 2BR units are available. So that's 7-9 months in advance.
