Our friend's daughter's friend worked on this web site and it is super fast and quite accurate what we found in our neighborhood. Prices are coming down here in CA and OR too, we noticed. I have to check Hawaii too. I don't believe it is for outside the country yet.

This service is free and they hope to keep it that way if they get enough income with advertising. It is in Beta testing right now. Really amazing!

Thanks for the Info....I must have missed the first thread.

We have noticed very little in SE Fl selling right now. There was a full page ad in Sundays (Sun Sentinal ) paper for a house (I think with a MIL apt next to it) in Ft Lauderdale's Rio Vista area (along the New River) that said "another reduction.....$70,000 off...now (ouch) $649,000. Maybe I'll see it in next weeks paper for even less.....(can't believe the realtor paid for a full page). Looks like a 3 bed 2 bath 1928 shack.

The new condos are now offering 'upgrades' for free....but that still keeps the tax rate high...ie...re tax based on selling price...and in Broward, Palm Beach iits almost 2% of selling price. (The house we saw in Ft Myers Shores/Alva (just N of Lehigh Acres....mid 300s, and tax is a little less...think she said approx .014% of selling price (Lee County)....

I would rather pay for the upgrades, and have the selling price lowered...if they allow that
 
I just noticed that but it works with Netscape for the Mac and it is coming for Safari too. :)

They have my address in Makawao listed, but it lists my house as two separate houses, and neither of them make sense.
