We had two visits to two different urgent cares on a Saturday and Sunday.

Did they accept your insurance ? We went to the Kona Hospitial ER and found we were not covered and ended up just paying with a credit card.

We’re on Medicare and we have supplemental insurance. Both places took all that info. We didn’t have to pay anything (yet). My primary purpose in posting this was the qualitative difference.

Thanks, and hope you and companions are doing well, its not fun to seek out medical care on vacation.

Aloha,
We had two visits to two different urgent cares on a Saturday and Sunday. Without explaining our medical details, we recommend Kaloko Urgent Care which is located off Hina Lani close to Costco.
