If I upgrade to II Platinum, can I apply one of the 5 annual guest certificates to an existing II reservation?

Yes. I just looked and can do that for my reservations that are in the future, but were confirmed before I got plat membership
Thanks. I am planning to eventually upgrade, but want to wait until I actually need the benefits.

I just upgraded to Platinum last week, and applied one of the guest certificates to an existing exchange reservation. I didn't receive a guest certificate via email, though. Is Interval still sending Guest Certificates? I used the Resend Confirmation button on that exchange to try to force it to send one, and it send me an email, but it wasn't a PDF like I was used to receiving, and it just listed the Guest Name, but not the rest of the contact information. Is that what the person (my sister) needs to check in?

The PDF version is gone.
