Upgrades at Wyndham Emerald Grande

Over the years, I've had a number of reservations at Emerald Grande upraded, always to a 3BR Deluxe Pool View. I think pool view is better than harbor view -- traffic in and out of the harbor and sunsets.

I have never been upgraded to a Presidential unit, which is a little puzzling considering the number of reservations I've booked there. I think I was told once that Presidential units are a different HOA or something like that.

Has anyone ever been upgraded from a Deluxe to a Presidential unit?

Given the number of 3 BR units only a tiny fraction of those are PR or Presidential. So I am not surprised that you have not been upgraded to one of these types of units.

Unlike Bonnet Creek, where there are lots of these unit types, EG just doesn't compared to the number of 3 BR they have.
