Upgraded at the Ritz!

1 free night and 1 night on points with suite night rewards request and somehow got upgraded to the Presidential Suite on the club access level at the Ritz Grande Lakes. 2,400 sq ft. Cha-ching!

So glad they added the Ritz for suite night rewards requests.

You mean "Nightly Upgrade Award". ;) Marriott renamed these back in January 2024.

Congrats BTW, it is always great to score a nice upgrade. I find these work well for shorter stays. We got an great upgrade to the best suite at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District.
