This is more so I don't forget. I was told to expect about a $2,000 special assessment for our account with either 12,000 or 18,000 credits. I tried to take a picture of the paperwork but the Wyndham employee took it. I actually had my hands on it and played tug of war for about a minute until I decided to let it go. The rep was flabbergasted and went for instructions. About four guys came out to eyeball me. The rep came back and said we were free to go but wouldn't give me the paperwork with the special assessment news. I did mention the 2023 special assessment was only about $60.

Is there a big special assessment in the works ? I kind of thought it was bs.

I would say BS since the sales lips were moving.

If you pay retail for Wyndham, your WM assessment will go away. Is that Wyndham New Math?
