Unusual trading in BVH today (4 Dec 2023)

It's been reported in multiple threads that HGV has offered, and BVH has accepted, an all-cash buyout at US$75/share.

So today, BVH traded at above US$75/share (and is up to US$75.89 in after-hours trading).

Is there any rumor that there might be a competing bid for BVH?
