For those who are 18+... No. Each person must have proof of Florida residence.
For those who are under 18 (w/o a doubt)... proof is not required.

Annual passes are good for one year from the first date of use.....does anyone see when they have to be activated by?
This is a good price for an annual pass for FL residents . Buy now, activate later?

Universal has been a favorite of our family for years, and we had annual passes that we renewed every year. I wish I could ride more of the rides. I don't like roller coasters, but the kids and grandkids all love them. I enjoy going every time. We go again in two weeks.
