I received a mailer with a discount for upgrading to II Platinum. I can't find anywhere where it lists reduced fees for unit size upgrades. Did this benefit go away? We have no use for any of the other benefits.

$59 unit size upgrade with Platinum vs $89?? regular. I am unsure of the regular rate, but Platinum is $59

They have never advertised it in the platinum benefits for whatever reason. $20 discount for gold members, and $40 for platinum on upgrade fees.

Thanks for reminding me about this discount offer. I put it aside and probably would never have thought about it until after it had expired. But that "$50 off" (1 year upgrade fee of $139 goes down to $89) is a pretty good deal now that I know all that it entails.

They give you 5 free guest certificates per year which would otherwise cost an II member $79 apiece. $50 off getaways. Upgrade fee discounts as described above. Lounge access. Etc. Not too shabby in my opinion.

For those who may have set aside or thrown out the offer, you can call and cite Promo Code UPGRDUX.
